Last updated: June 19, 2026 · POST205, Inc.
When you contact us or use a chat on the site, we have your email and whatever you type. When you sign a proposal, we have your name and company. Visitors who don't reach out stay anonymous to us.

Who we are

POST205, Inc. builds business systems for founder-led SMEs in the Philippines. We operate post205.com. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), we are the personal information controller for data collected through this website.

Our registered address is 3/F LZF Building, 25A Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila 1103.

What we collect — and why

Your data reaches us when you get in touch, when you use a chat on the site, or when you agree to a proposal. A person reads inquiries and proposals and replies. The one automated part is the FAQ assistant: when you ask it a question, that question goes to our AI provider to write the answer, and we keep the questions to make our answers better. The AI provider processes your question to reply and does not use it to train its models. Please don't type anything sensitive into the chat.

Proposal acceptance data To create a service record when you agree to work with us Contract

Cookies and browser storage

This site keeps a couple of small things in your browser so it works: a note that you've seen the cookie message, and a marker that you've already sent a message so we don't ask twice. Both stay on your device. We don't run ads or third-party analytics.

We built no way to identify anonymous visitors. If you browse without contacting us, we have no idea who you were.

Who we share your information with

We use a few third-party providers: an email delivery service, a cloud database provider, an AI provider that powers the FAQ assistant, and a secure messaging service that alerts our team when you send a message. They all use encryption and access controls. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

How we protect your information

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database, protected in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

If there's a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working together and for one year after. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless there's a legal reason we can't.
