When you contact us, we have your email. When you sign a proposal, we have your name and company. Visitors who don't reach out are anonymous to us.

Who we are

Post 205, Inc. builds business systems for founder-led SMEs in the Philippines. We operate post205.com. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), we are the personal information controller for data collected through this website.

Our registered address is 3/F LZF Building, 25A Timog Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila 1103.

What we collect — and why

Two things bring your data to us: when you get in touch, and when you agree to a proposal. We collect it by email and through digital proposal forms. We review it manually to respond and deliver the work. Nothing is processed automatically.

Cookies and browser storage

This site stores one thing in your browser: your theme preference. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

We built no way to identify anonymous visitors. If you browse without contacting us, we have no idea who you were.

Who we share your information with

We use two classes of third-party providers: an email delivery service and a cloud database provider. Both use encryption and access controls. Your data passes through those two systems. That's it.

How we protect your information

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database, protected in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

If there's a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working together and for one year after. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless there's a legal reason we can't.

Your rights under RA 10173

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have seven rights:

Right to be informed

Ask us whether we hold data about you and what we're doing with it.
Right to access

Request a copy of your data: what we have, where we got it, who's seen it.
Right to correction

Ask us to fix anything wrong. We correct it.
Right to erasure

Ask us to delete your data when it's no longer needed, or when you withdraw consent.
Right to object

Object to how we're using your data, including for any marketing.
Right to data portability

Get your data in a format you can use or move elsewhere.
Right to complain

File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you think we've handled your data badly.
