CustomersCustomer experience managementThe whole journey counts.

A customer judges you on the whole journey, from the first message to the second order, including the waits in between. The system keeps that whole journey on one record, so your team sees what happened and what comes next.

The problem

The customer left even though every step went well.

A customer messages you on Facebook and gets a fast reply. She pays by GCash and is confirmed the same hour. Then she waits, and three weeks later nobody has told her where the order is. Everyone she dealt with did their job, and nobody was watching the whole order.

Every call is polite and the technician shows up, and you still end up annoyed because nobody told you when it would be done. The study behind this chart found the same thing. Every call scored well and satisfaction still fell by 40% over three months. The whole journey predicts whether a customer stays about a third better than any single step does.
The model

The sari-sari store already does this.

The owner knows which brands you buy and when payday is. She sells by the piece and keeps a lista for regulars. She keeps all of it in her head, and that is why her regulars keep coming back.

Small businesses here do this without being told. The trouble starts when the business grows past the people who remember. We build that memory into a system the whole team can read, so it stays when the owner is away from the counter, and when the team is twenty people instead of two.

What we build

The owner’s memory, shared with the whole team.

What went out
Press an action below. Each one is a day.

Each customer is a card, and the card carries the whole journey. Payments land on it the way the bank-deposit demo on the homepage works, so you confirm from one screen and the card moves. A card that waits too long turns teal before anyone has to notice. When a delivery lands, the "how did it go?" goes out on its own, while the customer is pleased. One company moved its referral ask to that moment and referrals more than doubled.

How we start

We map the journey before we build.

The map we draw with you
First messageQuoteWaits 6 daysDepositDeliveryFollow-upSecond order

We sit with you and write down the steps a customer goes through, from the first message to the second order, and where each one waits. The system is built around that map. When the map changes later, the system changes with it.

The mapping session is ₱45,000 and comes off the build price if you build with us. The map comes first. Once it is done, you see a working demo within a few days, and the rest is built with you from there.
